Our office hours are 10am-7pm (EST), Monday through Fridaze. We're closed Saturday and Sunday. Email inquiries will be responded to asap, usually within 48 hours. Inquiries regarding orders should include all of the following info: order date, number, name, address and email used for your order.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving them, minus hoildays, weekends, and acts of god, vengeful or otherwise. All orders are ship USPS, in order to insure the lowest possible shipping costs to you. We know that you want this shit like right now, but U.S. based customers should allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery, after processing. Although, depending on location, it may be 2-3 business days. International customers should allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery, after processing.
We reserve the right to rerelease any limited edition shirt in additional colorways at any time and without notice. We will not however ever rerelease a limited edition shirt in it's orginal colorway. Guaranteed.
